Common use of Market Access Clause in Contracts

Market Access. 1. With respect to market access through the cross-border supply of services, each Party shall accord to services and service suppliers of the other Party treatment no less favourable than that provided for under the terms, limitations and conditions agreed and specified in the specific commitments contained in Annex 7-A.

Market Access. 1. With respect to market access through the cross-border supply of services, each Party shall accord to services and service suppliers of the other Party a treatment no not less favourable than that provided for under the terms, limitations and conditions agreed and specified in the specific commitments contained in Annex 7Annexes XIV-A.B and XIV-F to this Agreement.

Market Access. 1. With respect to market access through the cross-border supply of servicesestablishment, each Party shall accord to services establishments and service suppliers investors of the other Party treatment no less favourable than that provided for under the terms, limitations and conditions agreed and specified in the specific commitments contained in Annex 7-A.

Market Access. 1. With respect to market access through the cross-border supply of services, each Party shall accord to services and service suppliers of the other Party a treatment no not less favourable than that provided for under the terms, limitations and conditions agreed and specified in the specific commitments contained in Annex 7Annexes XXVII-A.B and XXVII-F to this Agreement.

Market Access. 1. With respect to market access through the cross-border supply of services, each Party shall accord to services and service suppliers of the other another Party treatment no less favourable than that provided for under the terms, limitations and conditions agreed and specified in the specific commitments contained listed in Annex 7VIII (List of Commitments on Cross-A.Border Supply of Services).

With respect to market access through the cross-border modes of supply of servicesidentified in Article 802 (i), each Party shall accord to services and service suppliers of the other Party treatment no less favourable than that provided for under the terms, limitations and conditions agreed and specified in the specific commitments contained in Annex 7-A.8.

With respect to market access through the cross-border supply of services, each Party shall accord to services and service suppliers of the other Party treatment no less favourable than that provided for under the terms, limitations and conditions agreed and specified in the specific commitments contained in Annex 7Annexes XVI-A.B and XVI-E to this Agreement.

With respect to market access through the cross-border modes of supply identified in the definition of “trade in services” in Article 1, each Party shall accord to services and service suppliers of the other another Party treatment no less favourable than that provided for under the terms, limitations and conditions agreed and specified in the specific commitments contained in its Schedule of Specific Services Commitments at Annex 7-A.A to this Agreement.

With respect to market access through the cross-border supply of services, each Party shall accord to services and service suppliers of the other Party treatment no not less favourable than that provided for under the terms, limitations and conditions agreed and specified in the specific commitments contained in Annex 7Annexes VIII-A.B and VIII-F.
