Manufacturer’s Warranty. The Goods include the manufacturer’s standard limited parts warranty to replace defective parts covered under such warranty exclusive of labor. Labor is warranted by the Elevator Contractor for 90 days following installation. The manufacturer’s parts warranty may require that the Goods be maintained throughout the warranty period by an authorized manufacturer’s representative under a separate maintenance contract. Any warranty is conditioned on written notice to the Elevator Contractor within warranty period and contingent upon receipt of final payment to Elevator Contractor.
Manufacturer’s Warranty. During the manufacturer’s warranty period, the manufacturer is responsible for product(s) and service covered under its warranty. If you should call for service on a product covered under the manufacturer’s warranty, we will refer your call to the manufacturer.
Manufacturer’s Warranty. In the event of a BREAKDOWN of a part, whose repair or replacement is provided for under a MANUFACTURER’S WARRANTY or Special Policy Program, payment will be provided for the required manufacturer’s deductible, less the DEDUCTIBLE specified above. MECHANICAL BREAKDOWN or BREAKDOWN: means a breakage or total failure of a COVERED PART. BREAKDOWN does not provide for damage resulting from the failure of an excluded part(s) or the lack of proper maintenance services. Minor loss of fluid or seepage is considered normal and is not considered a MECHANICAL BREAKDOWN. A BREAKDOWN does not include gradual reduction in operating performance due to normal wear and tear.
Manufacturer’s Warranty. If any part is repaired and/or replaced under the manufacturer’s warranty covering the VEHICLE, and those same components are listed in the Schedule of Coverages section of this AGREEMENT, WE will reimburse YOU for a portion of the manufacturer’s DEDUCTIBLE if the manufacturer’s DEDUCTIBLE exceeds the DEDUCTIBLE, as shown on the DECLARATION PAGE. The amount WE reimburse will be the actual amount YOU were required to pay under the terms of the manufacturer’s warranty, less the DEDUCTIBLE shown on the DECLARATION PAGE.
Manufacturer’s Warranty. If any part is repaired and/or replaced under the manufacturer’s warranty covering the Unit, and those same parts are listed in the Schedule of Coverages section of this Agreement, We will reimburse You for a portion of the manufacturer’s Deductible if the manufacturer’s Deductible exceeds the Deductible selected, as shown on the Declaration Page. The amount We reimburse will be the actual amount You were required to pay under the terms of the manufacturer’s warranty, less the Deductible shown on the Declaration Page.
Manufacturer’s Warranty. We will pass through any express warranty provided by the Equipment manufacturer and will work directly and solely with the manufacturer on any issues related to the passed through Equipment warranty upon your return to us of any defective Equipment for such purpose during the manufacturer warranty period. All new Equipment receives a 30 day manufacturer’s warranty effective from the date of shipment. If you purchased additional Equipment Support and Maintenance from us on your Delivery Order, your support coverage period begins the first day occurring after the completion of the 30 day manufacturer’s warranty period and continues for a period of one year with annual support plan renewal purchase allowances thereafter on each subsequent one year anniversary date, unless otherwise stated in the applicable Delivery Order. If support has lapsed for more than 90 days, it may be reinstated by paying a reinstatement fee plus the lapsed months’ support with the new support year beginning as of the support reinstatement date.
Manufacturer’s Warranty. 8.1. Any warranty provided to the Supplier by the manufacturer of the Goods will be transferred to the Purchaser only after the Goods have been paid for in full by the Purchaser. A warranty will not be transferred to the Purchaser unless it has been requested from the Supplier in writing not more than 6 months after the date of the order acknowledgement. When claiming under a manufacturer's warranty the Goods shall be returned to the manufacturer at the Purchaser's expense. If replacement goods are required before the manufacturer has accepted the warranty, or when the manufacturer offers a repair rather than a replacement, then the replacement goods shall be paid for by the Purchaser in accordance with these terms.
Manufacturer’s Warranty. In the event of a MECHANICAL BREAKDOWN of a part, whose repair or replacement is provided for under a Manufacturer’s Warranty or Special Policy Program, payment will be provided for the required manufacturer’s deductible, less the DEDUCTIBLE specified above. This CONTRACT is inclusive of the manufacturer’s warranty; it does not replace the manufacturer’s warranty, but provides certain additional benefits during the term of the manufacturer’s warranty. Losses covered by the manufacturer during the manufacturer’s warranty period are not covered under this CONTRACT. WHAT TO DO IN THE EVENT OF A MECHANICAL BREAKDOWN PURCHASER
Manufacturer’s Warranty. If Contractor is not the manufacturer, Contractor shall furnish a manufacturer’s written guarantee (on manufacturer’s letterhead addressed to the City) that the manufacturer’s warranty and service will be passed on to the City.’.
Manufacturer’s Warranty. Any and all standard manufacturer's warranties shall accrue to the benefit of GRTC. The manufacturer's warranties referenced herein shall be in addition to the contractual remedies set forth in this Contract and in addition to any and all other statutory remedies or warranties imposed on the Contractor for the benefit of GRTC.
