MANUFACTURE, ASSEMBLY, AND TEST Sample Clauses

MANUFACTURE, ASSEMBLY, AND TEST. (Applicable to CLINs 0001-0008, 1001-1005, 2001-2005, 3001- 3005, 4001-4005). The Contractor shall build and deliver the Console, Display, and Peripheral Equipment in accordance with the relevant Technical Data Packages (TDPs) and specifications. The Contractor shall ensure that the Console, Display, and Peripheral Equipment built under this contract conforms to the specifications and associated documentation and drawings provided in the TDP in Attachment J-2. The Contractor shall procure, manufacture, and assemble materials required to produce the equipment and conduct component and manufactured item testing necessary to assure the quality of all manufactured and COTS items. The Contractor shall produce the following equipment variants as purchased: • Water Cooled CDS • Air Cooled CDS Consoles • Customer Specific Console Configurations (Air and Water Cooled) • Tactical Equivalent Consoles • Displays and Peripheral Equipment • Spare Parts to Support CDP Equipment

  • Drug Testing (A) The state and the PBA agree to drug testing of employees in accordance with section 112.0455, F.S., the Drug-Free Workplace Act.

  • Inspection and Testing Each Constructing Entity shall cause inspection and testing of the Interconnection Facilities that it constructs in accordance with the provisions of this section. The Construction Parties acknowledge and agree that inspection and testing of facilities may be undertaken as facilities are completed and need not await completion of all of the facilities that a Constructing Entity is building.

  • Manufacturing (a) The Supplier shall without limitation be responsible, at no additional cost to the Purchaser, for: sourcing and procuring all raw materials for the Products; obtaining all necessary approvals, permits and licenses for the manufacturing of the Products; providing sufficient qualified staff and workers to perform the obligations under this Purchase Agreement; implementing and maintaining effective inventory and production control procedures with respect to the Products; and handling other matters as reasonably requested by the Purchaser from time to time.

  • GMP The parties agree that the GMP for the Project is $ , consisting of the Preconstruction Fee, the Estimated Cost of the Work and the CM/GC Fee (stated as a fixed dollar lump sum amount), as follows: Preconstruction Fee: $ Estimated Cost of Work (Est.   • API If the Software offers integration capabilities via an API, your use of the API may be subject to additional costs or Sage specific policies and terms and conditions (which shall prevail in relation to your use of the API). You may not access or use the API in any way that could cause damage to us or the Software, or in contravention of any applicable laws. We reserve the right in our sole discretion, to: (i) update any API from time to time; (ii) place limitations around your use of any API; and (iii) deny you access to any API in the event of misuse by you or to otherwise protect our legitimate interests.

  • Random Drug Testing All employees covered by this Agreement shall be subject to random drug testing in accordance with Appendix D.

  • Inspection and Tests 3.8.1 The Procuring entity or its representative shall have the right to inspect and/or to test the goods to confirm their conformity to the Contract specifications. The Procuring entity shall notify the tenderer in writing in a timely manner, of the identity of any representatives retained for these purposes.

  • Inspections and Testing Each Interconnected Entity shall perform routine inspection and testing of its facilities and equipment in accordance with Good Utility Practice as may be necessary to ensure the continued interconnection of the Customer Facility with the Transmission System in a safe and reliable manner. Each Interconnected Entity shall have the right, upon advance written notice, to request reasonable additional testing of an Interconnected Entity’s facilities for good cause, as may be in accordance with Good Utility Practice.

  • Manufacture 2.1. The LED(s) on the LED module shall be equipped with suitable fixation elements.

  • Laboratory Testing All laboratories selected by UPS Freight for analyzing Controlled Substances Testing will be HHS certified.
