Authorized User You may request us to issue a Card to an individual who has no financial responsibility under this Agreement. An Authorized User has the same access to your Account as you do, subject to any limitations we may impose. An Authorized User has no authority to add or delete Cardholders, request a replacement Card or terminate or modify this Agreement. You may terminate an Authorized User’s authority to access your Account at any time. To do this, you must return the Card to PenFed. You agree that you are responsible for all charges and cash advances made by an Authorized User, including charges made before the Card is returned, recurring charges, or charges made without the use of the Card initiated by the Authorized User after termination of the Authorized User’s access.
WASHINGTON’S ELECTRONIC BUSINESS SOLUTION (WEBS). Contractor represents and warrants that it is registered in Washington’s Electronic Business Solution (WEBS), Washington’s contract registration system and that, all of its information therein is current and accurate and that throughout the term of this Master Contract, Contractor shall maintain an accurate profile in WEBS.

ELECTRONIC WORKFLOW SYSTEM OGS reserves the right to incorporate an electronic workflow system that may include elements of the Authorized User RFQ process. OGS reserves the right to post Authorized User Contract usage of Centralized Contracts. TRAVEL, MEALS AND LODGING - LOT 4 – IMPLEMENTATION ONLY For Lot 4 only, when provided for in the RFQ and resultant Authorized User Agreement, the Authorized Users may reimburse travel expenses. All rules and regulations associated with this travel can be found at xxxx://xxx.xxxxx.xx.xx/agencies/travel/travel.htm. In no case will any travel reimbursement be charged that exceeds these rates. All travel will be paid only as specified within the Authorized User Agreement and must be billed with the associated services on the same Invoice with receipts attached. The Contractor shall receive prior approval from the Authorized User for any travel that occurs during the term of an Authorized User Agreement. Parking fees and/or parking tickets shall not be paid by an Authorized User. Unless otherwise specified in writing by the Authorized User, a vehicle will not be provided by Authorized User to the Contractor for travel. Therefore, the Contractor will be responsible for ensuring that the Contractor has access to an appropriate vehicle (e.g., personal vehicle or rental vehicle) or common carrier with which to carry out any necessary travel. For the Contractor to obtain reimbursement for the use of a rental vehicle, such use must be justified as the most cost- effective mode of transportation under the circumstances (including consideration of the most effective use of time). The Contractor is responsible for keeping adequate records to substantiate any claims for travel reimbursement. All services provided under the resultant Authorized User Agreement must be performed within CONUS. PERFORMANCE AND BID BONDS There are no BONDS for this Contract. However, an Authorized User may require in an RFQ a performance, payment or Bid bond, or negotiable irrevocable letter of credit or other form of security for the faithful performance for the resultant Authorized User Agreement. Manual Except as the Association shall otherwise agree, the Recipient shall: (i) carry out the Project in accordance with the Project Implementation Procedures Manual; and (ii) except as the Association shall otherwise agree, not amend, abrogate, or waive, or permit to be amended, abrogated, or waived, the aforementioned, or any provision thereof, in a manner which, in the opinion of the Association, may materially or adversely affect Project implementation or achievement of the objective thereof.
Electronic Note Signed with Xxxxxxxx’s Electronic Signature If the Note evidencing the debt for this Loan is electronic, Borrower acknowledges and represents to Lender that Borrower: (a) expressly consented and intended to sign the electronic Note using an Electronic Signature adopted by Xxxxxxxx (“Borrower’s Electronic Signature”) instead of signing a paper Note with Xxxxxxxx’s written pen and ink signature; (b) did not withdraw Xxxxxxxx’s express consent to sign the electronic Note using Borrower’s Electronic Signature; (c) understood that by signing the electronic Note using Xxxxxxxx’s Electronic Signature, Xxxxxxxx promised to pay the debt evidenced by the electronic Note in accordance with its terms; and (d) signed the electronic Note with Xxxxxxxx’s Electronic Signature with the intent and understanding that by doing so, Borrower promised to pay the debt evidenced by the electronic Note in accordance with its terms. NON-UNIFORM COVENANTS. Xxxxxxxx and Xxxxxx further covenant and agree as follows:
AUTHORIZED ENTRY BY UCF PERSONNEL Authorized UCF personnel, as specified and defined in UCF DHRL publications, may enter any UCF DHRL facility (including, but not limited to rooms, suites, apartments, and shared common areas) in the event of an emergency. Authorized UCF personnel, may enter any UCF DHRL facility (including rooms, suites, apartments, and shared common areas) to conduct occupancy checks; lockouts; inspections for health, safety, maintenance, and compliance; maintenance; and/or fire code enforcement. Authorized UCF personnel may also enter any room/suite/apartment/common area if the personnel reasonably believe a violation of this agreement is occurring and there is no response when personnel request entry. Personal property in UCF DHRL facilities may not be searched without consent of the Student, except and unless the search is conducted in accordance with existing Florida law by law enforcement officers.
CONTRACTOR STAFF WITHIN AUTHORIZED USER AGREEMENT The provisions of this section shall apply unless otherwise agreed in the Authorized User Agreement. All employees of the Contractor, or of its Subcontractors, who shall perform under an Authorized User Agreement, shall possess the necessary qualifications, training, licenses, and permits as may be required within the jurisdiction where the Services specified are to be provided or performed, and shall be legally entitled to work in such jurisdiction. All Business Entities that perform Services under the Contract on behalf of Contractor shall, in performing the Services, comply with all applicable Federal, State, and local laws concerning employment in the United States. Staffing Changes within Authorized User Agreement
Delivery of Software 1. SAP will deliver the Software as described in the Documentation and the Price List and will also provide the appropriate license keys. With regard to the features, quality and functionality of the Software the product description in the Documentation and the Price List is solely decisive. SAP does not own any additional features, quality or functionality. Partner can, in particular, not assert any additional feature, quality or functionality from any public statements, publications or advertisements by SAP except to the extend SAP has expressly confirmed such additional feature, quality or functionality in writing. Any representation, warranty, undertaking or guarantee regarding additional features, quality or functionality is effective only if expressly confirmed by SAP’s management in writing.
Electronic and Digital Signatures The parties to this Agreement agree that any electronic and/or digital signatures of the parties included in this Agreement are intended to authenticate this writing and to have the same force and effect as the use of manual signatures.
