Manual. Except as the Association shall otherwise agree, the Recipient shall: (a) carry out the Project in accordance with the Project Implementation Manual; and (b) except as the Association shall otherwise agree, not amend, abrogate, or waive, or permit to be amended, abrogated, or waived, the aforementioned, or any provision thereof, in a manner which, in the opinion of the Association, may materially or adversely affect Project implementation or achievement of the objective thereof.
Manual. The Recipient shall: (i) carry out the Project in accordance with the Project Implementation Manual; and (ii) except as the Association shall otherwise agree, not assign, amend, abrogate, or waive, or permit to be assigned, amended, abrogated, or waived, the aforementioned, or any provision thereof.
Manual. We will issue to you or make available in electronic form the Manual and any revisions and updates we may make to the Manual during the License Term. You agree to ensure that your copy of the Manual is, at all times, current and up to date. If there is any dispute as to your compliance with the provisions of the Manual, the master copy of the Manual maintained at our principal office will control.

Please note that the manual and the contact information therein are subject to change without notice. The Manual is protected by Japanese copyright law and international copyright laws and treaties. You must reproduce on each copy the Nikon copyright notice and any other proprietary legends that were on the original.
Manual. 1. Except as the Association shall otherwise agree, the Project Implementing Entity shall carry out, Parts B.1 (c) and B.2 of the Project in accordance with the AFAPM and except as the Association shall otherwise agree, not amend, abrogate, waive, or permit to be amended, abrogated, or waived, the aforementioned, or any provision thereof, without the prior written agreement of the Association.

Except as the Association shall otherwise agree, the Recipient shall: (i) carry out, through its Ministry of Hydraulics and Energy, its Respective Part of the Project, and cause the Project Implementing Entity to carry out its Respective Part of the Project, in accordance with the Project Implementation Manual referred to in Section IV.B.2 of this Schedule; and (ii) except as the Association shall otherwise agree, not amend, abrogate, or waive, or permit to be amended, abrogated, or waived, the aforementioned, or any provision thereof, in a manner which, in the opinion of the Association, may materially or adversely affect Project implementation or achievement of the objective thereof.
Manual. Franchisor agrees to loan to Franchisee during the term of this Agreement one or more operations manuals (the "Manual"), together with such updates and modifications as Franchisor may from time to time provide to Franchisee. Franchisor may make any changes or modifications in the Manual as in Franchisor's sole judgment are desirable. Franchisee agrees that if there should, at any time, be a discrepancy between the terms of Franchisee's copy of the Manual and the master copy maintained in Franchisor's offices, the terms of the master copy shall prevail. Franchisee agrees, at all times, to conform to the Manual in all respects including to obtain any equipment, fixtures, personnel or technology necessary to do so. The Manual is and shall at all times remain the property of Franchisor and shall be returned to Franchisor upon expiration, termination or nonrenewal of this Agreement for any reason. Franchisee agrees not to make it available to or permit another to make any copies of the Manual or any portion thereof without Franchisor's prior written consent. Franchisee acknowledges and agrees that the fair value of the Manual is at least Five Thousand Dollars ($5,000.00).
Manual. Seller shall have received and reviewed any changes to the Manual since the initial closing hereunder.
