Manner of Payment All payments due under this Agreement shall be in lawful money of the United States of America in immediately available funds as each party hereto may specify to the other parties; provided, that in the event the Receiver or the Corporation is obligated to make any payment hereunder in the amount of $25,000.00 or less, such payment may be made by check.
Time and Manner of Payment Upon execution of this Lease, Tenant shall pay Landlord the Base Rent in the amount stated in Paragraph 1.12(a) above for the first month of the Lease Term. On the first day of the second month of the Lease Term and each month thereafter, Tenant shall pay Landlord the Base Rent, in advance, without offset, deduction or prior demand. The Base Rent shall be payable at Landlord's address or at such other place as Landlord may designate in writing.
Payment of Wages Wages will be paid weekly by electronic funds transfer (EFT). The employer shall comply with all provisions in relation to the keeping of time and wage records and production of pay slips in accordance with the Industrial Relations Xxx 0000. Each employee is responsible for the accurate and timely completion and provision of time sheets and production records.
Transfer of Payments 1. Each Contracting Party shall guarantee to investors of the other Contracting Party, after fulfillment of all tax obligations, a free transfer abroad of payments in connection with the investments, and in particular:
Order of Payments Checks, drafts, transactions, and other items may not be processed in the order that you make them or in the order that we receive them. We may, at our discretion, pay a check, draft, or item, and execute other transactions on your account in any order we choose. The order in which we process checks, drafts, or items, and execute other transactions on your account may affect the total amount of overdraft fees that may be charged to your account. TERMS OF PAYMENT 16.1 The Supplier shall request for payment by submitting invoice(s), delivery note(s) and any other relevant documents as specified in the SCC to the Procuring Entity.

Timely Payment of Wages A. When a permanent full-time employee receives no pay warrant on payday, the State agrees to issue a salary advance, consistent with departmental policy and under the following conditions:
Time Off in Lieu of Payment for Overtime An employee may elect, with the consent of the Company, to take time off in lieu of payment of overtime at a time or times agreed with the Company. Overtime taken as time off during ordinary time hours will be taken at the ordinary time rate, that is an hour for each hour worked.
FEES AND TERMS OF PAYMENT 5.1 Commissioned work shall be performed according to account rendered based on the hourly rates from time to time fixed by the Institute including transport charges and other outlays.
