Mandatory Conditions (a) Should the Employee or the Union fail to comply with any time limit in the grievance procedure, the grievance will be considered to be abandoned, unless the Parties have mutually agreed in writing to extend the time limits.
PAYMENT CONDITIONS The price of the whole accommodation service booked is always payable by the Guest in advance, at the latest upon arrival in the hotel. Set-off by the Guest is excluded unless the set- off relates to an undisputed or legally confirmed claim. Valid means of payment are cash in Euros, EC card, Master Card, Visa Card, Diners Card and American Express. For payment settlement we use the 3D Secure 2.0 system for secure and additional customer authorisation. Other Working Conditions Unless modified by Paragraphs 31 to 49 inclusive, all other studio working conditions shall prevail on distant location.

Conditions of Access 2.1. Your access to, and use of, the Site is subject always to the terms and conditions set out in this user agreement.
Standard Conditions This Agreement shall include all of the standard conditions as detailed in Exhibit B, attached hereto and by this reference incorporated herein.
Conditions and Limitations The admission of any Person as a Substituted Member or an Additional Member shall be conditioned upon (i) such Person’s written acceptance and adoption of all the terms and provisions of this Agreement, either by (A) execution and delivery of a counterpart signature page to this Agreement countersigned by the Managing Member on behalf of the Company or (B) any other writing evidencing the intent of such Person to become a Substituted Member or an Additional Member and such writing is accepted by the Managing Member on behalf of the Company.
Training Conditions 3.1 The Trainee shall attend an approved training course or training program prescribed in the Training Agreement or as notified to the trainee by the relevant State or Territory Training Authority in accredited and relevant Traineeship Schemes.
