Mandatory Trainings. I/We agree to support the District 5160 Rotary Youth Exchange Program and my/our student by attending the mandatory trainings with him/her as listed below (please initial each line): Outbound Orientation 1 (Students/Parents): April 3-4, 2021 Outbound Orientation 2 (Students only): July 17-18, 2021 Rebound Weekend (Students only): July 16-17, 2022 And finally, I/We realize that the District 5160 Rotary Youth Exchange Program is a year-long international cultural enrichment and exchange opportunity and not a tourist/vacation program. I/We realize that the District 5160 Rotary Youth Exchange Program does not send students to some countries. I/We realize that the District 5160 Rotary Youth Exchange Program does not guarantee a choice of a country selection. I/We, the undersigned parent(s) or legal guardian(s) of the above prospective District 5160 Rotary Youth Exchange Student, have read and understand the District 5160 Rotary Youth Exchange Program financial agreement and hereby agree to abide by the terms of this agreement. Mandatory Trainings. Faculty shall complete all mandatory training by the stipulated deadlines. Examples of such include, but are not limited to, annual ethics training and sexual harassment prevention training.
Mandatory Trainings. Contractor agrees to attend, at Contractor’s sole expense, mandatory trainings or meetings as required by City to obtain information on policies and procedures or operation of the program.   • Mandatory Training The Department reserves the right to require the Charter School to attend any training related to the responsibilities of a Charter School.

  • Voluntary Training Where training facilities are provided by the Company on a voluntary basis, an employee taking advantage of such training will not be compensated.

  • Additional Training Should the introduction of new methods of operation create a need for the perfection or acquisition of skills requiring a training period longer than one (1) year, the additional training time shall be a subject for discussion between the Board and the Union.

  • Mandatory Assistance If a third party dispute or litigation, or both, arises out of, or relates in any way to the services provided to the City under a Contract, Contractor , its agents, officers, and employees agree to assist in resolving the dispute or litigation upon City’s request. Contractor’s assistance includes, but is not limited to, providing professional consultations, attending mediations, arbitrations, depositions, trials or any event related to the dispute resolution and/or litigation.

  • Required Training For training that is required by the Agency, manager or supervisor, the Agency shall reimburse one hundred percent (100%) of all related necessary and legitimate expenses, including but not limited to tuition, books, travel expenses, travel time, and attendance time. When practical, the Agency will attempt to adjust the employee’s hours if the approved training activity is scheduled during the employee’s normal work hours.

  • Annual Training The Governing Board shall receive initial training and annual training thereafter. Pursuant to O.C.G.A §20-2-2072 and relevant State Board rules, the training shall include, but not be limited to, best practices on school governance, the constitutional and statutory requirements relating to public records and meetings, and the requirements of applicable statutes and rules and regulations.

  • MILITARY TRAINING A permanent-status or limited-status classified employee who is a member of the Organized Reserve or National Guard shall be allowed military leave with pay, at the rate of his or her normal base salary prorated as appropriate, for any authorized training, UTA, AT Period, or other State or Federal service up to a maximum of fifteen (15) workdays scheduled by military authority in any Federal Training Year - October 1 to September 30. A permanent-status or limited-status classified employee who has more than fifteen (15) days of authorized military duty scheduled in one (1) Federal Training Year shall not be entitled to leave with pay for those days in excess of fifteen (15), and shall be placed in an off payroll or leave of absence status, unless he or she elects to use accumulated annual, personal leave, or compensatory time leave credits for the period of absence.

  • Funding for Training (a) In furtherance of the objectives of clause 31 hereof, and as a further initiative to enhance the employment and career opportunities of the Employees, the Parties will continue to facilitate on-going training to improve occupational health & safety in the industry and to improve employees work skills so as to advance progression to higher industry skill levels.

  • First Aid Training In the interests of the occupational safety and health of employees, the Employer will undertake an in-service program of first aid training aimed at providing a first aid officer for each department.

  • Union Training Conditional upon prior approval of the course content and upon receipt of certification of completion, if the employee is an elected official or xxxxxxx of the Union, the City shall reimburse the employee for up to one-half of his or her regular work time spent in such training at the employee's permanent rate of pay, not to exceed twenty (20) hours of paid leave in a calendar year.
