Licensee shall cause all labels, packaging, advertising and promotional materials used by it in advertising, marketing and selling any product manufactured by or on behalf of Licensee that contains Manapol[R] powder to contain (i) the Mark, (ii) a statement setting forth the concentration of Xxxxpol[R] powder contained in such product, and (iii) the following legend: Manapol[R] powder is a registered trademark of Caraloe, Inc.
