Mandatory Policies. 9.2 The Supplier shall and ensure that its employees and sub- contractors comply with Customer's Human Rights Policy found at xxxxx://xxx.xxxxxxxxxxxxxx.xx.xx/content/dam/innocent/gb/en/file s/innocent-human-rights-policy.pdf. Compliance can be against an alternative policy (i.e. supplier's human rights policy) as long as the alternative policy meets or exceeds the standards set out in Customer's Human Rights Policy. Compliance against the Human Rights Policy will be assessed by Customer using the audits and assessments used under the "Supplier Guiding Principles" as referred to in clause 9.3 below.
