Mandatory Policies. Department faculty must have procedures and develop policies for making recommendations to Western concerning tenure, promotion, appointment and reappointment of faculty (including faculty specialists), equitable distribution of opportunities to teach in summer sessions and Extended University Programs, evaluation of faculty, and sabbatical leave proposals.
Mandatory Policies the Customer’s business policies, including without limitation the Customer’s Information Security, health and safety and business conduct policies and such other policies as notified by Customer to Suppler from time to time.
Mandatory Policies. 9.2 The Supplier shall and ensure that its employees and sub- contractors comply with Customer's Human Rights Policy found at xxxxx://xxx.xxxxxxxxxxxxxx.xx.xx/content/dam/innocent/gb/en/file s/innocent-human-rights-policy.pdf. Compliance can be against an alternative policy (i.e. supplier's human rights policy) as long as the alternative policy meets or exceeds the standards set out in Customer's Human Rights Policy. Compliance against the Human Rights Policy will be assessed by Customer using the audits and assessments used under the "Supplier Guiding Principles" as referred to in clause 9.3 below.
Mandatory Policies. 5.1 The Supplier shall have the following policies in place throughout the Term of this Agreement and shall make a copy available to the Council upon request:

Mandatory Policies. Data Processing Terms Data Processing Particulars The description of the specific processing under this Schedule is set out in the Data Processing Particulars. The Parties will update the Data Processing Particulars, if required under the Agreement.
Mandatory Policies. You shall comply with all the Mandatory Policies as set out on the Portal (from time to time) and all relevant industry codes of practice appropriate to operating in England (wherever you are located). Where you are located in a territory other than England, and you are subject to other codes of practice, where such codes of practice deviate from those that apply in England, you must: ▪ meet as a minimum standard the requirements of any industry codes of practice appropriate to operating in England; and ▪ subject to clause 19.4 meet any higher ethical or technical standard incorporated in an industry code of practice applying in the territory of the Supplier.
Mandatory Policies. (clause 1.1) The Mandatory Policies, as at the date of signature of the Agreement, are listed out below. • Data Protection/Privacy Policy • Business Travel Policy • Health and Safety Policy Copies of each of the Mandatory Policies have been provided or made available to the Supplier prior to or around the date of signature of the Agreement. The Mandatory Policies are subject to update by the Authority from time to time.
Mandatory Policies. Partner’s policies relating to patient safety, acceptable use, security and treatment of Patient Data as communicated to the Supplier from time to time. Patient Data: Data relating to Partner’s patients which may contain the patient’s Personal Data and data concerning health.
