Mandatory Meal Plan. If you reside in Similkameen Place, Valhalla, Kalamalka, Xxxxxx, Cassiar, Xxxxxxx, Xxxxxx, or Nechako purchasing the Residence Meal Plan described in Section 4 and Appendix IV of this Contract is mandatory. The purchase of a Residence Meal Plan is part of your Acceptance of Residence Contract.

Mandatory Meal Plan. Residents who reside in dormitory bedrooms (excluding apartments) are required to purchase a meal plan each term, referred to in this Contract as the “Mandatory Meal Plan”. The Mandatory Meal Plan is a declining balance meal plan, with residents choosing the items they wish to consume and paying for each. Schedule E of this Contract outlines the costs, options and the payment schedule for the Mandatory Meal Plan, rules applicable to it, and rules of conduct for the dining areas.
Mandatory Meal Plan. First-year students living at the 90 University, Xxxxxxx, Marchand, LeBlanc, Xxxxxxxx or Xxxxxxxxx residences must buy a meal plan. Students enrolled in the second year or higher, or those who live in a residence other than those listed above, may buy an optional meal plan. The cost of the meal plan is charged to the student’s account. Your housing agreement will reflect the price of the meal plan at the time you accepted your housing offer. If you change your meal plan after accepting your housing offer, the meal plan price on your housing agreement may no longer reflect the current price of the meal plan that you will be charged. Mandatory Meal Plan. The Student realizes that residence eligibility includes participation in the mandatory residence board (food) program. Board program money can only be used for the purchase of food at Food Services food outlets during the scheduled hours of operation. Students whose diet limits food choices are responsible to ensure sufficient menu choices are available for them prior to signing this contract and committing to the residence and the board program. In the weeks prior to the end of each term the Dining Room hours of operation will be shortened to maximize operational efficiencies. The Board Program will extend only until that time when most faculties have concluded final examinations. Food Services does not operate during the Winter Break and a meal plan is not provided for students during this time.

You hereby consent to the Landlord and the College disclosing the personal information about you and (if applicable) your spouse, contained in your online acceptance form and the supplementary documentation concerning your meal plan purchase, the Contract Confirmation, ID and Emergency Contact Card, and any dietary information (for example, food allergies, religious requirements) you may provide to the Landlord, to the Green College Dining Society, or any replacement food service provider, for the purpose of facilitating your membership in the society, your purchase of a meal plan from the society, as set out in section 8 of this Contract, and your participation in the meal plan. In the event that the College changes meal plan providers, you agree to pay the fees established by the new meal plan provider and to be bound by the new meal plan provider’s terms and conditions. The fees, and terms and conditions of the new meal plan provider may differ from those of the current meal plan provider. Mandatory Meal Plan. If User is a first-year UNF student and chooses to live on- campus, User acknowledges that User is also required, as a condition of enrollment, to purchase a meal membership. There are several different meal memberships from which to choose, depending on User’s individual needs. The minimal membership provides for 10 meals per week. User acknowledges that if they have not properly purchased a meal membership by the time housing rent is assessed the University will auto-purchase a 14- meal membership for User. Payment for purchased meal memberships will be due at the time tuition and other fees are due.
