Mandatory Enrolment. Enrolment in the College Pension Plan shall be as set out by the Public Sector Pension Plans Act, Schedule A.
Mandatory Enrolment. All Employees shall, as a condition of employment, enrol in the selected Plan except where otherwise provided for in this Agreement.
