Common use of Management Services Agreement Clause in Contracts

Management Services Agreement. Concurrently with the Grant, the Trust and Holdco will enter into a management services agreement with the Advisor to service and assist in the sale of the Retained Asset and to provide administrative services to the Trust and the Trust Subsidiaries, on such terms and conditions as may be approved by the Trustees.
