MANAGEMENT RIGHTS AND RESPONSIBILITIES. Section 2.1 Lodge recognizes the prerogative of Employer to operate and manage its affairs in all respects and in accordance with its responsibilities, and the powers of authority which Employer has not officially abridged, delegated, granted, or modified by this Agreement are retained by Employer, and all rights, powers, and authority Employer had prior to the signing of this Agreement are retained by Employer and remain exclusively without limitation within the rights of Employer.
