Management Pilots. 4.04.01 Only Pilots on the Air Canada Pilots’ System Seniority List may hold Management Pilot positions with the Company.

Management Pilots. All pilots shall be eligible to apply for management positions with DELTAv. It is requested that only pilots able to fill a position for at least 6 months apply. Applicants should ensure they meet the knowledge and time requirements for the position they are applying for. Applicants will be interviewed by a panel including the CEO or COO. The company reserves the right to chose only candidates they feel are right for the position, regarless of seniority. The company reserves the right to remove any staff member for any reason. DELTAv Management Pilots are entitled to a monthly override of v$2500.
Management Pilots. Only Pilots on the Air Canada Pilots’ System Seniority List may hold Management Pilot positions with the Company. A Pilot posted to Management Pilot duty will retain and continue to accrue seniority, provided such Pilot maintains at all times the airman's certificate or certificates required for his status. If such Pilot will permit such certificate or certifi- xxxxx to lapse, he will retain the seniority already accrued to the time of such lapse and will have a period not to exceed one year in which to regain such specified certificate or certificates. If he does so regain such specified certificate or certifi- xxxxx within one year, his seniority will recommence to accrue from the date his certificate or certificates are so regained. When a Pilot is posted to Management Pilot duty on account of sickness or injury or becomes sick or injured while on such duty, he will retain his seniority during such period of sickness or injury regardless of whether or not he is able to maintain his airman's certificate or certificates required for his status, until he is able to return to flying duty or is found to be unfit for such duty for a continuous period of 3 years unless extended by mutual agreement between the Company and ACPA.
Management Pilots. 14.1.1 Nothing in this Agreement shall restrict the Company’s rights to transfer Pilots to management duties with their concurrence or the right to withdraw Pilots from such management duties.

  • Configuration Management The Contractor shall maintain a configuration management program, which shall provide for the administrative and functional systems necessary for configuration identification, control, status accounting and reporting, to ensure configuration identity with the UCEU and associated cables produced by the Contractor. The Contractor shall maintain a Contractor approved Configuration Management Plan that complies with ANSI/EIA-649 2011. Notwithstanding ANSI/EIA-649 2011, the Contractor’s configuration management program shall comply with the VLS Configuration Management Plans, TL130-AD-PLN-010-VLS, and shall comply with the following:

  • Traffic Management The Customer will not utilize the Services in a manner which, in the view of the Centre Operator, significantly distorts traffic balance on the Centre Operator’s circuits which are shared with other users. If, in the reasonable view of the Centre Operator, the Customer’s traffic patterns cause or may cause such distortion, the Customer should have a dedicated circuit capability. If the Customer declines to do so then the Centre Operator may suspend the Services while the matter is being resolved. If there is no resolution within 5 business days then either party may terminate the Agreement.

  • Classroom Management The certificated classroom teacher demonstrates in his/her performance a competent level of knowledge and skill in organizing the physical and human elements in the educational setting.

  • Utilization Management Contractor shall maintain a utilization management program that complies with applicable laws, rules and regulations, including Health and Safety Code § 1367.01 and other requirements established by the applicable State Regulators responsible for oversight of Contractor.

  • Network Management 60.1 CLEC and CenturyLink will exchange appropriate information (e.g., network information, maintenance contact numbers, escalation procedures, and information required to comply with requirements of law enforcement and national security agencies) for network management purposes. In addition, the Parties will apply sound network management principles to alleviate or to prevent traffic congestion and to minimize fraud associated with third number billed calls, calling card calls, and other services related to this Agreement.

  • Management of Company 5.1.1 The Members, within the authority granted by the Act and the terms of this Agreement shall have the complete power and authority to manage and operate the Company and make all decisions affecting its business and affairs.

  • Patch Management All workstations, laptops and other systems that process and/or 20 store PHI COUNTY discloses to CONTRACTOR or CONTRACTOR creates, receives, maintains, or 21 transmits on behalf of COUNTY must have critical security patches applied, with system reboot if 22 necessary. There must be a documented patch management process which determines installation 23 timeframe based on risk assessment and vendor recommendations. At a maximum, all applicable 24 patches must be installed within thirty (30) calendar or business days of vendor release. Applications 25 and systems that cannot be patched due to operational reasons must have compensatory controls 26 implemented to minimize risk, where possible.

  • Management Grievance The Employer may initiate a grievance at Step 3 of the grievance procedure by the Employer or designate presenting the grievance to the President of the Union or designate. Time limits and process are identical to a union grievance.

  • Management Plan The Management Plan is the description and definition of the phasing, sequencing and timing of the major Individual Project activities for design, construction procurement, construction and occupancy as described in the IPPA.

  • SITE MANAGEMENT We reserve the right, but not the obligation, to: (1) monitor the Site for violations of these Terms of Use; (2) take appropriate legal action against anyone who, in our sole discretion, violates the law or these Terms of Use, including without limitation, reporting such user to law enforcement authorities; (3) in our sole discretion and without limitation, refuse, restrict access to, limit the availability of, or disable (to the extent technologically feasible) any of your Contributions or any portion thereof; (4) in our sole discretion and without limitation, notice, or liability, to remove from the Site or otherwise disable all files and content that are excessive in size or are in any way burdensome to our systems; and (5) otherwise manage the Site in a manner designed to protect our rights and property and to facilitate the proper functioning of the Site.
