Common use of Management of the Partnership Clause in Contracts

Management of the Partnership. No Limited Partner shall take part in the management or control of the business of the Partnership nor transact any business in the name of the Partnership. Except as otherwise expressly provided in this Agreement, no Limited Partner shall have the power or authority to bind the Partnership or to sign any agreement or document in the name of the Partnership.
