Approval or denial of an employee’s request to telework will be based on applicable law, regulation, and the provisions of this Article. Management has the discretion in deciding whether a particular position or class of positions is appropriate for the Telework Program based on the content of the work, consistent with the criteria set forth in this Article. Although an employee may request a particular day(s) and/or time to telework, NRC management has final approval.
