Common use of Management Contracts Clause in Contracts

The Borrower shall deliver to the Agent and each Lender copies of each written agreement that it, the Company or any of their respective Subsidiaries has or contemplates entering into with its officers or other members of management as requested by the Agent certified by an officer of the Borrower, and each such contract shall be satisfactory in form and substance to the Agent.
