Management Commitment. Prior to the Preliminary Launch, ILSI and FMN shall each employ or identify one managerial employee or officer to act as a liaison between FMN and ILSI to assist with effectuating the goals of this Agreement.

To achieve this end, the Company shall: • Establish responsibilities at all levels of management and hold them accountable for implementing programs and procedures. • Ensure through proper support and training that all employees are aware of recognized hazards and accept responsibility for working safely. • Review operating procedures and programs. • Design, construct, continuously improve and operate facilities in a manner that encourages the elimination of work-related injuries and illnesses. • Ensure that all operations conduct business in compliance with applicable safety and health laws and regulations.

Management Commitment i. Acteon commits to ensuring that its senior management, including the organization’s Chief Executive Officer and the Group General Counsel, are committed to supporting 2H Offshore’s OFAC compliance program.
Management Commitment. The Chief Executive Officer is the Responsible Officer under the terms of the Work Health and Safety Act 2012 and carries the ultimate responsibility for implementation of this policy. Day to day responsibility is delegated to Managers, Supervisors and Employees. Accordingly, Management will fully support the integration of this policy and procedure into Council's operations by providing appropriate resources, training and assistance to Staff to ensure it is implemented and maintained.

Management Commitment. Violence in the workplace shall not be tolerated, and every effort shall be made to prevent violent incidents from occurring. This shall be accomplished by implementing a Workplace Violence Prevention Program/Policy that provides training and holds managers, supervisors, and employees accountable for their actions. All employees, and especially Department Head/Directors, managers, supervisors, law enforcement personnel, and employee organization representatives are obligated to act individually and collectively to prevent, defuse, or mitigate actual or threatened violent behavior at work. The City is committed to full cooperation with law enforcement agencies to support criminal prosecution of any employee within or outside this organization who commits violent or threatening acts against the City. A copy of the City’s policy on Workplace Violence Prevention will be distributed to all employees at mandatory training seminars and, in the case of newly-hired employees, they will be given specific instructions during orientation.
Management Commitment. The management should show their commitment by declaring a clear cut corporate policy on quality needs. The commitment in ‘quality policy’ should be simple, real and easily understandable. Secondly the quality should be periodically and regularly discussed in the ‘Management Review Meeting’ in specific quantifiable terms. The CEO in all his talks should reflect his commitment to the quality and motivate the employees accordingly.

It is the intention of Xxxxxxxx American to grow thebusiness and to maintain the current business at this facility. Management Commitment. The Company shall institute and maintain all precautions to guarantee every worker a safe and healthy workplace. Management shall comply with all applicable health, safety and environment legislation and regulations in effect on the effective date of this agreement, as minimum standards.
