Management Budget and Contribution by Owners. 109. (a) Subject to sub-clauses (c), (e), (f) and (h) of this Clause, the total amount of management expenses payable by the Owners during any period of 12 months adopted by the Manager as the financial year in respect of the management of the Land and the Development shall be the total proposed expenditure during that year as specified by the Manager in accordance with sub-clause (b) of this Clause.

(a) The Manager shall prepare an annual budget to be called “the Management Budget” for the ensuing financial year for the purpose of determining the contributions respectively payable by the Owners and such budget shall show all the estimated management expenditure of the Land and the Development for the ensuing financial year.

  • Pension Contributions While on Short Term Disability Contributions for OMERS Plan Members When an employee/plan member is on short-term sick leave and receiving less than 100% of regular salary, the Board will continue to deduct and remit OMERS contributions based on 100% of the employee/plan member’s regular pay.

  • Initial Contributions The Members initially shall contribute to the Company capital as described in Schedule 2 attached to this Agreement.

  • Budget Modifications The total Approved Budget and the assignment of costs may be adjusted based on implementation of the Scope of Work, spending patterns, and unexpended funds, but only by an amendment to the Approved Budget.
