Common use of Management Accounts Clause in Contracts

The Management Accounts have been prepared in accordance with the accounting policies of the Company which are set out in the Disclosure Letter and on a consistent basis with the monthly management accounts of the Company and show a fair view of the assets and liabilities and profits and losses of the Company as at and to the date of the relevant Management Accounts.
