MAKING PAYMENTS TO US. 11.1 Unless we have agreed in writing an alternative with you, you agree with us that where we are awaiting a payment from you (or from a third party making a payment on your behalf), that payment must be received by us in cleared funds by no later than 4.00pm on a business day. For any payment received after 4.00pm, you agree with us that any subsequent payment to be made by us on your behalf (or on behalf of a party connected with you), will not be paid until the next business day. You agree with us that we will not be held liable for any loss or damage suffered by you (or any party connected with you) as a result of us not making a payment until the next business day.

MAKING PAYMENTS TO US. You're responsible for repaying all charges owing on your Account. The total you owe us includes all Purchases, Cash Advances, Balance Transfers (if available), interest, and fees, and is shown on your Monthly Statement. Your Monthly Statement will provide instructions for making payments, including the amounts due and the Payment Due Date. Payments must be made in Canadian dollars. Payments may be made only by online xxxx payment through Refresh’s website, money order or using Loadhub at participating Canada Post locations. Even when normal postal service is disrupted, you must continue to make your payments. Payments made by money order must be in a form acceptable to us and be drawn on a Canadian financial institution. Payments sent to us by mail or made through another financial institution’s banking service may take several days to reach us and are not credited to your Account and do not adjust your available credit until we have processed them. lf we choose to accept a payment that you make with a money order or cheque issued on a foreign bank, there may be service charges to process this. lf so, they'II be charged to your Account. You can also ask us to process your payment on your Payment Due Date each month as a personal pre-authorized debit (“PAD”) from a deposit account in Canada in Canadian Dollars with us or another financial institution that you designate for that purpose to us in writing (such as by providing a “void” cheque. You may choose to pay the Minimum Payment or the New Balance shown on your monthly statement. If you ask us to automatically process payments in this manner you agree that this authorization, together with any written confirmation we provide you, is our personal PAD Agreement as required by Rule H1 of the Rules of the Canadian Payment Association. In addition, you agree to waive any pre-notification requirements that exist where variable payment amounts are being authorized. You may notify us at any time that you wish to revoke your authorization using the contact information below under the heading “Contacting Us” and, provided that we have received such notice at least fifteen (15) days before your next scheduled payment, we will not process it. You have certain recourse rights if any debit does not comply with this agreement. MAKING PAYMENTS TO US. ‌ You must make at least the minimum payment indicated on your monthly statement by the payment due date shown on that monthly statement. The method of calculating your minimum payment is set out in the disclosure statement. Payments must be made in Canadian dollars. You can make payments on your account at any time using the following methods: • By telephone or online banking through your financial institution; • By mail, using the payment information provided on your monthly statement; • By any pre-authorized debit service we may offer; • By email money transfer to your account; and • By using rewards points, if applicable. All payments must be made in a form acceptable to us. Payments made by a cheque or money order must be drawn on a Canadian financial institution. Interac email money transfer. Depending on the payment method you choose, your payment may take several days to reach us and may be credited to your account after the payment due date. Keep this in mind when considering how and when to make your payment. We can accept late payments or partial payments, or cheques and money orders marked “payment in full” or other similar language, without losing any of our rights under this agreement. If a payment through your financial institution doesn’t clear, we will reverse the account credit and you will still owe us the amount of the payment, which will continue to incur interest, if applicable, until paid.

  • Making Payments You are responsible for paying back all the money we loan to you on the account. If this is a joint account, you are each responsible for the entire amount owed. • You promise to pay all amounts due on your account including interest and fees. • You may pay all or part of your account balance at any time. You must at least pay the minimum payment shown on each statement by its due date. • The minimum payment listed on each statement will be calculated as listed in the Schedule. • Payments must be made in U.S. dollars and through a U.S. bank. Partial payments offered in full satisfaction of a disputed amount must be sent to the address listed on your statement for notifying us of billing errors. • Each payment you make will be generally applied to your account as follows: (a) the minimum payment amount will be applied to balances with the lowest APRs before balances with higher APRs; and (b) any amount you pay in excess of the minimum payment will be applied to balances with the highest APRs before balances with lower APRs. Until a payment clears, you may not be able to access the full amount of your credit limit. • We will promptly apply other credits to your account. For example, such credits may include a credit for return of merchandise. These other credits will be applied to the Balance Category we select. 8 Interest rates (APRs) and how we calculate them. Where to find them. The APRs (and their daily periodic rates) in effect on your account are listed in the Schedule. How we calculate variable APRs. Each variable APR is determined by adding the margin to the Index as listed in the Schedule. An increase in the Index will increase a variable APR (and its daily periodic rate). An increase in a variable APR may increase the minimum payment due and interest charged on your account. How we calculate daily periodic rates. To determine the daily periodic rate for an APR, we divide the APR by 365 (366 in leap years). Penalty rates. We will not charge penalty rates or penalty APRs on your account. For example, if you make a late payment, your APR will not increase because you paid late.

  • Further pre-financing payments Where pre-financing is divided into several instalments, the co-ordinator may request a further pre-financing payment once the percentage of the previous payment specified in the provisions of Article I.5 on further pre-financing has been used up. The request shall be accompanied by the following documents: • a detailed statement of the eligible costs actually incurred, including a consolidated statement and a breakdown between each beneficiary; • where required by the above-mentioned provisions of Article I.5, a financial guarantee in accordance with paragraph 1; • where required by the above-mentioned provisions of Article I.5, a certificate on the action's financial statements and underlying accounts, produced by an approved auditor or in case of public bodies, by a competent and independent public officer, for each beneficiary as specified under Article I.5; • any other documents in support of his request that may be required in support of the request for further pre-financing payments. The documents accompanying the request for payment shall be drawn up in accordance with the relevant provisions in Article I.6 and the annexes.

  • Xxxx Payments You may authorize new payment instructions or edit previously authorized payment instructions for xxxx payments that are either periodic and nonrecurring (e.g., payments on merchant charge accounts that vary in amount) or automatic and recurring (e.g., fixed mortgage payments). When you transmit a xxxx payment instruction to us, you authorize us to transfer funds to make the xxxx payment transaction from the account you designate. We will process xxxx payment transfer requests only to such payees as you authorize and for whom the Credit Union has the proper vendor code number. The Credit Union will not process any xxxx payment transfer if the required transaction information is incomplete. If there are insufficient funds in your account to make the xxxx payment request, we may either refuse to make the payment or make the payment and transfer funds from any overdraft protection account you have established. The Credit Union reserves the right to refuse to process payment instructions that reasonably appear to the Credit Union to be fraudulent or erroneous. The Credit Union will withdraw the designated funds from your account by 9:00am on the date of the scheduled payment if scheduled on a business day. If scheduled on a non-business day, the Credit Union will withdraw the funds by 9:00am on the first business day after the scheduled date. It is your responsibility to schedule your xxxx payments in such a manner that your obligations will be paid on time. You should enter and transmit your xxxx payment instructions at least 10 days before a xxxx is due. You are responsible for any late payments or finance charges that may be imposed as a result of your failure to transmit timely payment authorization. You may cancel or stop payment on periodic xxxx payments and automatic, recurring xxxx payment instructions under certain circumstances. If you discover an error in or want to change a payment instruction (e.g., payment date or payment amount) for a periodic or automatic payment you have already scheduled for transmission through online or mobile banking, you may electronically edit or cancel your payment through online or mobile banking. Your cancellation request must be entered and transmitted before the date you have scheduled for payment. If your request is not entered in time, you will be responsible for the payment. If you wish to place an oral stop payment on an automatic, recurring xxxx payment transaction, the Credit Union must receive your oral stop payment request at least three (3) business days before the next payment is scheduled to be made. You may call the Credit Union at the telephone number set forth in Section 4 (Member Liability) to request a stop payment. If you call, the Credit Union may require you to confirm your stop payment request in writing within 14 days after the call.

  • Requesting Payments You may request money from another User through a Zelle® Payment Request. You understand and acknowledge that Users to whom you send payment requests may reject or ignore your request. Neither we nor Zelle® guarantee that you will receive money from other Users by sending a Zelle® Payment Request, or that you will receive the amount that you request. Neither we nor Zelle® accept responsibility if the other User rejects or ignores your request, or sends you an amount that is less than you request. If a User ignores your request, we may decide or Zelle® may decide, in our sole discretion, that we will not send a reminder or repeat request to that User. In addition to the other restrictions in this Agreement, by accepting this Agreement, you agree that you are not engaging in the business of debt collection by attempting to use the Zelle® Payment Service to request money for the payment or collection of an overdue or delinquent debt; to request money that is owed to another person; or to collect any amounts that are owed pursuant to a court order. You agree to indemnify, defend and hold harmless Zelle®, its owners, directors, officers, agents and Network Financial Institutions from and against all claims, losses, expenses, damages and costs (including, but not limited to, direct, incidental, consequential, exemplary and indirect damages), and reasonable attorney's fees, resulting from or arising out of any Zelle® Payment Request that you send that is related to overdue or delinquent amounts. You agree to receive Zelle® Payment Requests from other Users, and to only send Zelle® Payment Requests for legitimate and lawful purposes. Zelle® Payment Requests are solely between the Requestor and recipient and are not reviewed or verified by us or by Zelle®. Neither we nor Zelle® assume responsibility for the accuracy or legality of such requests and do not act as a debt collector on your behalf or on behalf of the Requestor. We reserve the right, but assume no obligation, to terminate your ability to send Zelle® Payment Requests in general, or to specific recipients, if we deem such Zelle® Payment Requests to be potentially unlawful, abusive, offensive or unwelcome by the recipient. If applicable, if you as a Requestor initiate a Zelle® Payment Request using the Zelle® Payment Service, you acknowledge and agree that as disclosed on the Site (a) the applicable service fee will be deducted from payments received by you from a Sender(s), and (b) no service fee will be charged if you as the Requestor do not receive any payments from the individuals to whom the Zelle® Payment Request is sent. Further details about the foregoing can be found on the Site. You acknowledge and agree that individuals to whom you send a Zelle® Payment Request may not receive, or otherwise may reject or ignore, your Zelle® Payment Request. We do not guarantee that you will receive any payments from individuals by initiating a Zelle® Payment Request. Zelle® Small Business Service Users may not send Zelle® Payment Requests to Users enrolled with Zelle® through Zelle® Standalone Locations.

  • Sending Payments a. You may send money to another User at your initiation or in response to that User’s request for money. You understand that use of the Zelle® and Other Payment Services by you shall at all times be subject to (i) this Agreement, and (ii) your express authorization at the time of the transaction for us or another Network Financial Institution to initiate a debit entry to your bank account. You understand that when you send the payment, you will have no ability to stop it. When a Sender initiates a Payment Instruction, the Receiver is not required to accept the payment if the Receiver has not enrolled in Zelle®. You agree that you as a Sender will not hold us liable for any damages resulting from a Receiver not enrolling in Zelle®. For the Zelle® Payment Service, you may only cancel a payment if the person to whom you sent the money has not yet enrolled in the Zelle® Payment Service. As to the Zelle® Payment Service, if the person you sent money to has already enrolled with Zelle®, either in the Zelle® Standalone Locations or with a Network Financial Institution, then the money is sent directly to their bank account (except as otherwise provided below) and may not be canceled or revoked. Cancellation is addressed more generally in Section 6 (Payment Cancellation, Stop Payment Requests and Refused Payments) below. You may initiate a one-time Payment Instruction to a Receiver for which processing shall be initiated immediately via Zelle®. Via the Other Payment Services, you may also initiate (a) a one-time Payment Instruction to a Receiver for which processing shall be initiated at a later specified date up to one (1) year, and (b) a recurring series of Payment Instructions to a Receiver for which processing shall be initiated on the specified dates. Further details about each of these options can be found on the Site.

  • PAYMENT OF LICENCE FEE 4.1 In consideration for the Licence Granted to the Licensee, the Licensee must pay to SAMRO an annual Licence Fee calculated in accordance with the SAMRO Tariff DW, as amended from time to time (“Licence Fee”).
