Common use of Majority of the Trustees Clause in Contracts

Majority of the Trustees. All other officers of the Trust may be elected or appointed at any meeting of the Trustees. Such officers shall hold office for any term, or indefinitely, as determined by the Trustees, and shall be subject to removal, with or without cause, at any time by the Trustees.
