Common use of Major Customers Clause in Contracts

Major Customers. Schedule 2.20(a) contains a list of the ten (10) largest customers of the Company for the most recent fiscal year (determined on the basis of the total dollar amount of revenues realized by the Company). Neither the Company nor the Shareholder has received notice that any of the customers listed on Schedule 2.20(a) will not continue to be customers after the Closing.
