Section 9.18 of the Disclosure Schedule sets forth a list of the ten largest customers of the Business for each of the fiscal years ended December 31, 2004 and December 30, 2005 (determined on the basis of the total dollar amount of net sales) showing the dollar amount of sales to each such customer during each such year. Section 9.18 of the Disclosure Schedule also sets forth a list of the ten largest suppliers of the Business in terms of dollar volume of purchases from such suppliers during such fiscal years.
