Common use of Maintenance Work Clause in Contracts

Maintenance Work. The Contractor shall carry out such rectification and/or maintenance work notified pursuant to Clause 79.3.1 (Results of Survey) (the "Outstanding Work”) in order to reach the Required Standard within the period specified and any costs it incurs in carrying out the Outstanding Works shall be at its own expense.

Maintenance Work. The Contractor shall carry out such rectification and/or maintenance work notified pursuant to Clause 79.3.1 (Results of Survey) (the "Outstanding Work”) clause 41.5.1 in order to reach the Required Standard within the period specified and any costs it incurs in carrying out the Outstanding Works such rectification and/or maintenance work shall be at its own expense.

The Contractor shall carry out such rectification and/or maintenance work notified pursuant to Clause 79.3.1 clause 32.4.1 (Results of Survey) (the "“Outstanding Work”) in order to reach the Required Standard within the period specified and any costs it incurs in carrying out the Outstanding Works Work shall be at its own expense.
