MAINTENANCE TERMS. Maintenance provided by MyECheck shall be pursuant to MyECheck's standard maintenance terms, a copy of which is attached hereto as Exhibit B. Maintenance shall be provided solely to the Maintenance site set forth in Exhibit A.

MAINTENANCE TERMS. The contractor will provide on-site maintenance for all installed fax machines. Following notification, the contractor will provide a qualified technician certified on the facsimile transceiver on-site within the service response time specified herein. The contractor will provide maintenance on both a monthly maintenance plan and on an hourly time and materials basis at the sole option of each state agency. Both maintenance options must include all parts and labor. The contractor will agree and understand that state agencies will not be required to purchase maintenance from the contract.

MAINTENANCE TERMS. For all maintenance plans or options, the terms of this agreement are month to month, automatically renewable unless cancelled by the client. Client will be billed for plan chosen regardless of actual hours used. Unused hours do not roll over into the next month, or cannot be pulled from future months. No refunds are issued for unused time. Any additional hours over the plan hours included will be billed at $125.00 per hour. Brandit360 reserves the right to terminate this agreement at any time for any reason without any prior knowledge and will do so in writing by electronic mail and/or postal letter to the client. This agreement includes ensuring of the health of website, database, and other software or programs installed on client’s website. If the client or any third party other than developer or approved subcontractors attempts to access or accesses the server, or website and makes changes to the website, database, server or software or scripts on client website; time to repair and/or restore the website, databases or any other script on the clients website will be billed at the current hourly rate and is not included in the maintenance plan. The Monthly Maintenance Agreement commences 48 hours following the receipt of the first payment and renews monthly.

MAINTENANCE TERMS. Subject to the requirements of Section 2.31 (Maintenance and Support Provisions) of the Contract, the Contractor offers support services to Authorized Users in accordance with VMware’s then-current support policies, copies of which are posted at xxx.xxxxxx.xxx/xxxxxxx/xxxxxxxx.

MAINTENANCE TERMS. Our website maintenance plans don't have a set contract period, so you'll be charged automatically every month until you cancel. You can cancel the plan at any time during the month, but you'll still be billed for that entire month. No refund of unused time. Even if you don't use all the hours in the plan for that month, you won't be able to carry them over to the next month or use them some time in the future. If we see that you're using more hours than included in your plan, we'll let you know and you can choose to wait until the next month to schedule the work or buy extra hours at a current rate of £60 per hour. Our billing system will automatically charge your credit or debit card on the 1st of each month. If the payment attempt is not successful, this agreement will be considered cancelled, and your account suspended. We will contact you to inform you. All payments are processed by our payment processor Stripe, and We have no access nor knowledge of your card details or reasons for payment failure.

MAINTENANCE TERMS. Updates. Supplier may provide Updates to and/or new Versions for the Software to Customer which shall be included in the Charges. Customer will be responsible for installing any such Updates and/or new Versions. Supplier will provide technical support for only the most current Version and the immediately preceding Version of the Software. Telephone support is provided by Supplier’s Customer at xxxx@xxxxxxxxxxxxxxx.xxx Supplier’s obligations hereunder will extend only to (a) the Updates and Versions of the Software provided to Customer by Supplier; and (b) Software that has not been modified or altered in any way by anyone other than Supplier. Maintenance Services will not include services for the items for which Supplier is not responsible for of this Agreement.
