Maintenance Terms. Maintenance provided by MyECheck shall be pursuant to MyECheck's standard maintenance terms, a copy of which is attached hereto as Exhibit B. Maintenance shall be provided solely to the Maintenance site set forth in Exhibit A.

Both maintenance options must include all parts and labor. The contractor will agree and understand that state agencies will not be required to purchase maintenance from the contract.

If the client or any third party other than developer or approved subcontractors attempts to access or accesses the server, or website and makes changes to the website, database, server or software or scripts on client website; time to repair and/or restore the website, databases or any other script on the clients website will be billed at the current hourly rate and is not included in the maintenance plan. The Monthly Maintenance Agreement commences 48 hours following the receipt of the first payment and renews monthly.

Maintenance Terms. Maintenance provided by GreenPay shall be pursuant to GreenPay's standard maintenance terms, a copy of which is attached hereto as Exhibit D. Maintenance shall be provided solely to the Service and Software set forth in Exhibit A. Maintenance Fees and Payment. Customer shall pay to GreenPay the Maintenance fee(s) set forth in Exhibit D for twelve (12) months from the Effective Date. Additional periods in one year increments and shall be priced at GreenPay's then-current fee schedule; provided, however, that in no event shall Customer’s Maintenance fee relating to the Software licenses purchased under the terms of this Agreement be increased by more than ten percent (10%) from year to year after the second consecutive 12 month term of licensing. Customer's payment of Maintenance fees shall be due in advance, on the first day of each month, (maybe prorated for partial months). In the event that Maintenance is discontinued or suspended, to reinstate or renew Maintenance Customer must first pay GreenPay Maintenance fees for the interim period during which Maintenance was discontinued or suspended and GreenPay may in its sole discretion elect not to accept such renewal or reinstatement.
Maintenance Terms. Our website maintenance plans don't have a set contract period, so you'll be charged automatically every month until you cancel. You can cancel the plan at any time during the month, but you'll still be billed for that entire month. No refund of unused time. Even if you don't use all the hours in the plan for that month, you won't be able to carry them over to the next month or use them some time in the future. If we see that you're using more hours than included in your plan, we'll let you know and you can choose to wait until the next month to schedule the work or buy extra hours at a current rate of £60 per hour. Our billing system will automatically charge your credit or debit card on the 1st of each month. If the payment attempt is not successful, this agreement will be considered cancelled, and your account suspended. We will contact you to inform you. All payments are processed by our payment processor Stripe, and We have no access nor knowledge of your card details or reasons for payment failure.
Maintenance Terms. This Hardware Maintenance Agreement is applicable only to GarageNet Point of Sale Units sold by SBS to the Customer pursuant to the Agreement. Hardware maintenance is provided for problems that are demonstrable on the GarageNet System. • Hardware maintenance fees are set forth on Annex II attached to this Agreement. • The hardware maintenance fees for each month are due and payable on the first day of such month from the installation date. Hardware maintenance fees for the month in which the installation occurs will be pro-rated and are due and payable upon installation. • Replacement parts not covered by manufacturer’s warranty will be billed to the Customer in addition to regular maintenance fees.
