Maintenance Required. 1.2.1 Eyes Meadow-Plans 1 and 2 • Cut grass on a fortnightly basis to general Parkland areas, colour hatched green on the plans between 1 March and end November and monthly December, January and February. • Approx. 21 cuts. • Strim around obstacles within the area colour hatched green, the boundary of the site and the boundary of the Cricket Pitch, once every 4 weeks • Note that the Cricket Ground and the new second cricket out field are not within scope of this Contract. • Millennium Meadow has been created on the area edged xxxxx on the plan. It has some 3,000 metres of 2 meter wide grass paths within the area. These paths will be required to be cut on the same fortnightly basis as the rest of Eyes Meadow.

Maintenance Required. The Licensee and the ioi User are hereby informed of the need for SB to carry out maintenance operations, requiring downtime for the operation of Silicon ioi. It will be up to the Licensee to agree with the VAR Expert on the dates and times of maintenance operations, including the time necessary for the Licensee and/or the ioi User to make a complete backup copy and the time necessary to restore data in the event of a problem. In addition, said maintenance operations will be carried out during the opening hours of the VAR Expert, unless otherwise agreed between the VAR Expert and the Licensee.
