Common use of Maintenance Plans Clause in Contracts

Maintenance Plans. (a) No later than 90 days prior to the Substantial Completion Date, Project Co shall submit to the HMQ Representative for review pursuant to Schedule 10 - Review Procedure, the Scheduled Maintenance Plan for the first Contract Year and the Five Year Maintenance Plan for the first 5 Contract Years, and shall update such plans as provided for in the Output Specifications annually thereafter.
