Common use of Maintenance of Trust Clause in Contracts

Maintenance of Trust. On or before each April 30, beginning in 2001, so long as any of the Securities are outstanding, the Master Servicer shall furnish to the Insurer and the Indenture Trustee the legal opinion required under Section 11.02(i)(2) of the Sale and Servicing Agreement. The Master Servicer will use its best efforts to cause any necessary recordings or filings to maintain the interest of the Indenture Trustee in the Trust Estate.

Maintenance of Trust. On or before each April 30, beginning in 20012004, so long as any of the Securities are outstanding, the Master Servicer shall furnish to the Insurer and the Indenture Trustee the legal opinion required under Section 11.02(i)(2) of the Sale and Servicing Agreement. The Master Servicer will use its best efforts to cause any necessary recordings or filings to maintain the interest of the Indenture Trustee in the Trust Estate.
