MAINTENANCE OF TOOLS. (a) The Contractor agrees to maintain and keep all chisels in sharp and workable condition, satisfactory to the marble setter, so that all the cutting performed by the marble setter shall be left in such a finished condition that its appearance will reflect the skill of the mechanic. The helmet shall be supplied and owned by the Employees.
