MAINTENANCE OF STANDARDS. The Employer agrees, subject to the following provisions, that all conditions of employment in his/her individual operation relating to wages, hours of work, overtime differentials and general working conditions shall be maintained at not less than the highest standards in effect at the time of the signing of this Agreement, and the conditions of employment shall be improved whenever specific provisions for improvement are made elsewhere in this Agreement.
MAINTENANCE OF STANDARDS. All conditions of employment, including teaching hours, extra compensation for duties outside regular teaching hours, relief periods, leaves, and general teaching conditions shall be maintained at not less than the highest minimum standards in effect at the time this Agreement is signed, provided that such conditions shall be improved for the benefit of educators as required by the express provisions of the Agreement. This Agreement shall not be interpreted or applied to deprive educators of professional advantages heretofore enjoyed unless expressly stated herein.
MAINTENANCE OF STANDARDS. 16.1 Should any provision of this agreement be declared illegal by a court of competent jurisdiction or as a result of state or federal legislation, said provision shall be automatically modified by mutual agreement of the parties to the extent that it violates the law. The remaining provisions shall remain in full force and effect for the duration of this agreement if not affected by the deleted provision.
MAINTENANCE OF STANDARDS. 16.1 The parties agree that all conditions of employment relating to wages, hours of work, overtime differentials, vacations, and all other general working conditions shall be maintained at not less than the highest minimum standard set forth in the Civil Service Rules of the City of Saint Xxxx (Resolution No. 3250) and the Saint Xxxx Salary Plan and Rates of Compensation at the time of the signing of this Agreement, and the conditions of employment shall be improved wherever specific provisions for improvement are made elsewhere in this Agreement.

This Agreement shall not be interpreted or applied to deprive teachers of professional advantages heretofore enjoyed unless expressly stated herein.
MAINTENANCE OF STANDARDS. 26.1 Standards of employment related to wages, hours and working conditions which are mandatory for collective bargaining except those standards modified through collective bargaining shall be maintained at not less than the level in effect at the time of the signing of this Agreement. Any disagreement between the union and the City with respect to this section shall be subject to the grievance procedure.
MAINTENANCE OF STANDARDS. The Board shall maintain all terms, conditions, and benefits of employment at not less than the level in effect as of its effective date.

Protection of Conditions The Employer agrees that all conditions of employment relating to wages, hours of work, overtime differentials and general working conditions, as negotiated or agreed upon, shall be maintained at not less than the highest standards in effect at the time of the signing of this Agreement and the conditions of employment shall be improved wherever specific provisions for improvements are made elsewhere in this Agreement. It is agreed that the provisions of this Section shall not apply to inadvertent or bona fide errors made by the Employer or the Union in applying the terms and conditions of this Agreement.

Management agrees that all conditions of employment not otherwise provided for herein relating to wages, hours of work, overtime differentials and general working conditions shall be maintained at the standards in effect at the time of the signing of this Agreement, and the conditions of employment shall be improved wherever specific provisions for improvements are made elsewhere in this Agreement.
