Maintenance of Seller. At Closing and until the date that is eighteen (18) months following the Closing, Seller shall maintain cash or cash equivalents on hand in an amount in excess of the minimum risk based capital or unrestricted equity requirement required by the Blue Cross Blue Shield Association.
