Common use of Maintenance of Ratings Clause in Contracts

Maintenance of Ratings. Holdings will use commercially reasonable efforts to obtain and maintain (but not maintain any specific rating) a corporate family and/or corporate credit rating, as applicable, and ratings in respect of the credit facilities provided pursuant to this Agreement, in each case, from each of S&P and Xxxxx’x.
