MAINTENANCE OF RATES. 20.01 When an employee is temporarily assigned to and works in a higher paying classification, excluding coverage for scheduled breaks, they shall be paid the rate of the higher paying classification for all hours worked in that classification on that shift. The employee will be paid at the higher classification rate or an additional 60¢ per hour whichever is higher.

MAINTENANCE OF RATES. Employees temporarily assigned from Classification A to Classification B will be paid a minimum of four (4) hours at their tenure point rate in Classification B. Employees temporarily assigned from Classification A to Classification B who have completed more than four (4) hours in Classification B will be paid for the full shift at their tenure point rate in Classification B.
MAINTENANCE OF RATES. Denver Water will use its best efforts to maintain, enforce and collect rates, fees, system development charges, participation payments, tap fees, availability fees, tolls and charges for services furnished by or the use of the System to create Gross Revenue, together with any Other Available Funds, each Fiscal Year sufficient to pay Operation and Maintenance Expenses and to create Net Revenue in an amount equal to not less than 100% of the amount necessary to pay when due any amounts required to be paid under this Credit Agreement, the Note and the Loans.

The latter shall not apply to a period of less than one (1) work day.
MAINTENANCE OF RATES. The Member shall maintain rates for electric power and energy to its customers so that such rates shall provide revenues which, together with other funds estimated to be available, will be sufficient to meet the Member’s obligations to the Agency under this Contract, and all other operating expenses of the Member’s electric system, and to pay all obligations of the Member payable from, or constituting a charge or lien on, the revenues of its electric system. If the Member establishes or maintains an integrated utility system of which the electric system is a part for its electric, water, sanitary sewer, wastewater or similar utility systems (or any combination of two or more thereof which includes its electric system), it shall maintain its rates for the services provided to the customers of its integrated utility system so that such rates shall provide revenues, which, together with other funds estimated to be available, will be sufficient to meet the Member’s obligations to the Agency under this Contract, and all other operating expenses of the Member’s integrated utility system, and to pay all obligations payable from, or constituting a charge or lien on, the revenues of its integrated utility system.
MAINTENANCE OF RATES. 2 The Company shall not reduce the hourly rate of pay below that now being paid to any employee regularly assigned except in the case of demotions hereafter occurring.

MAINTENANCE OF RATES. The Participant shall establish, maintain, revise, charge and collect rates for electric service rendered by it to its customers so that such rates shall provide revenues which, together with other funds reasonably estimated to be available, will be sufficient to meet the Participant’s obligations to UAMPS under this Contract, to pay all other operating expenses of the Participant’s electric system and to provide revenues sufficient to pay all obligations of the Participant payable from, or constituting a charge or lien on, the revenues of its electric system and, to the extent being paid from the revenues of its electric system, all general obligation bonds of the Participant now or hereafter outstanding.

  • Maintenance of Premises LESSOR will be responsible for all structural and roof maintenance of the leased premises but specifically excluding damage caused by the careless, malicious, willful, or negligent acts of LESSEE or others, chemical, water or corrosion damage from any source, and maintenance of the space heating, ventilating, and cooling units exclusively serving the leased premises (collectively, the "HVAC Unit") and of any non "building standard" leasehold improvements. If LESSOR so directs, LESSEE shall enter into a preventive maintenance/service contract acceptable to LESSOR with a maintenance contractor acceptable to LESSOR at LESSEE's sole cost and expense for servicing all air conditioning, heating, ventilating, and other equipment or other equipment located within or serving the leased premises. LESSEE will properly control or vent all solvents, degreasers, smoke, odors, etc. and shall not cause the area surrounding the leased premises to be in anything other than a neat and clean condition, depositing all waste in appropriate receptacles. LESSEE shall be solely responsible for any damage to plumbing equipment, sanitary lines, or any other portion of the building which results from the discharge or use of any acid or corrosive substance by LESSEE. LESSEE shall not permit the leased premises to be overloaded, damaged, stripped or defaced, nor suffer any waste, and will not keep animals within the leased premises. LESSEE will protect any carpet with plastic or masonite chair pads under any rolling chairs. Unless heat is provided at LESSOR's expense, LESSEE shall maintain sufficient heat to prevent freezing of pipes or other damage. Any increase in air conditioning equipment or electrical capacity, or any installation and/or maintenance of equipment which is necessitated by some specific aspect of LESSEE's use of the leased premises shall be at LESSEE's expense. All maintenance provided by LESSOR shall be during LESSOR's normal business hours.
