Maintenance of Properties, Etc. The Borrower shall, and shall cause each of its Subsidiaries to, maintain and preserve all of their Properties that are used or useful in the conduct of its business in good working order and condition, ordinary wear and tear expected, to the extent that failure to maintain any of such Property would be reasonably likely to have a Material Adverse Effect.
