The Company will keep its properties and those of its subsidiaries, if any, in good repair, working order and condition, reasonable wear and tear excepted, and from time to time make all necessary and proper repairs, renewals, replacements, additions and improvements thereto; and the Company and its subsidiaries, if any, will at all times comply with each provision of all leases to which any of them is a party or under which any of them occupies property if the breach of such lease would have a material adverse effect on the condition, financial or otherwise, prospects or operations of the Company.
