Maintenance of Plan. The College will maintain a short-term disability plan to cover non-occupational sickness and accidents. The College in its discretion may provide such plan either through a policy or policies of insurance or otherwise.
Maintenance of Plan. 14.08(a) A committee representing the employees and the Company will meet periodically to discuss items pertaining to the job evaluation program, i.e., ratings, descriptions, application and intent, classification. Either party may ask to convene a meeting of this committee.

Maintenance of Plan. Subject to the right of the Company to amend or terminate the Plan in accordance with the terms of the Plan, the Company will take all actions within its power to preserve the existence of the Plan and Trust and maintain their tax-qualified status under Sections 401(a) and 501(a), respectively, of the Code. The Company shall administer the Plan in compliance with (a) the Code and ERISA, as applicable to the Plan and this Agreement and (b) all other laws and regulations applicable to the Plan and the Trust. 5.3
Maintenance of Plan. The Surviving Entity shall keep a copy of this Plan on file at its registered office or other place of business in accordance with Section 92A.200(1)(f) of the NRS, as amended from time to time.
