Maintenance of Network. 74.1 We, a supplier or another may conduct maintenance on our network or our supplier’s network and this may affect the performance of the MPLS Service. We will use reasonable endeavours to conduct scheduled maintenance on our network outside normal business hours.
Maintenance of Network. HNL shall use commercially reasonable efforts to maintain and enforce all provisions of the Contracts with Participating Dental Providers, provided, however, HNL shall not be required to recruit or enter into a contract with any person or entity who or which is not a Dental Provider as of the Effective Date.
Maintenance of Network. IGD, a Supplier or another any other contractor acting on behalf of IGD or the Supplier may conduct maintenance on IGD Network or the Supplier’s Network and this will affect the performance of the Service. IGD will use its reasonable endeavours to conduct scheduled maintenance on IGD Network outside normal business hours (AEST).
Maintenance of Network. Throughout the term of this Agreement, Agent shall be responsible for including and maintaining in Agent's THP Network that number of Providers sufficient for meeting all requirements for the provision of Designated Covered Services to Enrollees under the terms of this Agreement including, without limitation, range and scope of Designated Covered Services and geographic coverage in the Service Area meeting THP requirements. Subject to the preceding requirements, Agents shall have the right and authority to add or delete Providers from Agent's THP Network subject to the prior approval of THP, which shall not be unreasonably withheld. Agent and Providers recognize that the addition or deletion of Providers to the Network may require the reassignment of Enrollees to one or more other Providers and that the terminated Provider shall be required to continue to provide Designated Covered Services to Enrollees subsequent to termination from Agent's THP Network to the extent required by the terms of this Agreement. Any new Providers added to Agent's THP Network from and after the date of this Agreement must be approved in writing by THP and must be Credentialed and otherwise authorized to provide Designated Covered Services to Enrollees under this Agreement in advance and in writing by THP. Exhibit 4 shall be amended to reflect the addition or deletion of --------- Providers from Agent's THP Network. In any instance where the Agent's THP Network is considered an exclusive network by geography or service, Agent's THP Network shall include a sufficient number of Providers to accommodate the number of Enrollees to be assigned. Such defermentation shall be at the sole judgment of THP. THP reserves the right to recruit and credential other providers should Agent's THP Network be deemed insufficient.
Maintenance of Network. FI shall undertake all reasonable efforts to ---------------------- maintain the Network in operation at all times, including, without limitation, (a) obtaining and maintaining in effect contractual commitments from other - Network users operating outside the Territory corresponding to the covenants of ST under Sections 5.1 through 5.8, and (b) from time to time providing updated - specifications for the software and the hardware and other tangible components used in the Network from time to time to reflect Improvements in the Technology.
Maintenance of Network. Maintenance of Network. Fidelity will maintain a direct Internet connection using a minimum of T1 access speeds or equivalent and Supported Secure Socket Layer web server software.
Maintenance of Network. Hype, a Supplier or another may conduct maintenance on the Hype Network or the Supplier’s Network and this will affect the performance of the Service. Hype will use its reasonable endeavours to conduct scheduled maintenance on the Hype Network outside normal business hours (AEST).
Maintenance of Network. 7.1. Aryon Pty Ltd, a Supplier or another may conduct maintenance on the Aryon Pty Ltd Network or the Supplier’s Network and this will affect the performance of the Services. Aryon Pty Ltd will use its reasonable endeavours to conduct scheduled maintenance on the Aryon Pty Ltd Network outside normal business hours (AEST).
Maintenance of Network. 360 Consulting, a Supplier or another may conduct maintenance on the 360 Consulting Network or the Supplier’s Network and this will affect the performance of the Services. 360 Consulting will use its reasonable endeavours to conduct scheduled maintenance on the 360 Consulting Network outside normal business hours (AEST).
