Common use of Maintenance of Mortgaged Property Clause in Contracts

Maintenance of Mortgaged Property. Borrower will maintain or cause to be maintained the Mortgaged Property in good condition and repair, provided Borrower shall make all necessary repairs, replacements, additions, betterments and improvements to the Mortgaged Property so that the business carried on at the Real Property and Improvements may be properly conducted at all times.

Maintenance of Mortgaged Property. The Borrower will shall maintain or cause to be maintained and preserve the Mortgaged Property in good repair and operating condition (reasonable wear and repairtear excepted), provided Borrower shall make making from time to time all necessary repairs, repairs thereto and renewals and replacements thereof. The Borrower may make such replacements, additions, betterments modifications and improvements to the Mortgaged Property so that as it deems necessary or desirable, subject to the business carried on at the Real Property and Improvements may be properly conducted at all times.following conditions:

Maintenance of Mortgaged Property. Borrower will maintain or cause the Mortgaged Property to be maintained in compliance with all legal requirements and in good repair, working order and condition and will make or cause to be made all appropriate repairs, renewals and replacements thereof. Borrower will prevent any act or thing which might materially impair the value or usefulness of the Mortgaged Property. The Borrower will not commit or permit any waste of the Mortgaged Property in good condition and repair, provided Borrower shall make all necessary repairs, replacements, additions, betterments and improvements to the Mortgaged Property so that the business carried on at the Real Property and Improvements may be properly conducted at all timesor any part thereof.

The Borrower will maintain or cause to be maintained the Mortgaged Property in good condition working order and repair, provided Borrower shall make all necessary repairs, replacements, additions, betterments normal and improvements to customary repairs and replacements of the Mortgaged Property so that the business carried on at the Real Property and Improvements may be properly conducted at all timessame.
