Maintenance of Manual. At all times on and after the Commencement Date, Contractor shall maintain the Manual on file with Authority. Modifications to the Manual requested by Authority shall be promptly prepared. The Manual shall be modified, subject to prior approval of Authority, as the operation of the Premises or Contractor’s employment practices change. Contractor is responsible for the maintenance of the Manual to ensure that all data is current at all times. At the end of the Term or early termination thereof, the Manual shall be promptly surrendered to Authority by Contractor.

Maintenance of Manual. The Contractor shall provide to the Authority, not later than one month prior to each Target Service Availability Date, an operating and maintenance manual setting out the procedures for providing the Services at the relevant New Project Facility which if complied with will deliver the Services in accordance with the terms of this Agreement (Operating Manual).   • MAINTENANCE OF STANDARDS The Employer agrees, subject to the following provisions, that all conditions of employment in his/her individual operation relating to wages, hours of work, overtime differentials and general working conditions shall be maintained at not less than the highest standards in effect at the time of the signing of this Agreement, and the conditions of employment shall be improved whenever specific provisions for improvement are made elsewhere in this Agreement.

  • Maintenance of Improvements All improvements on the property, including, but not limited to, buildings, trees or other improvements now on the premises, or hereafter made or placed thereon, shall be a part of the security for the performance of this contract and shall not be removed therefrom. Purchaser shall not commit, or suffer any other person to commit, any waste or damage to said premises or the appurtenances and shall keep the premises and all improvements in as good condition as they are now.

  • Maintenance Scheduling The NTO shall schedule maintenance of its facilities designated as NTO Transmission Facilities Under ISO Operational Control and schedule any outages (other than forced transmission outages) of said transmission system facilities in accordance with outage schedules approved by the ISO. The NTO shall comply with maintenance schedules coordinated by the ISO, pursuant to this Agreement, for NTO Transmission Facilities Under ISO Operational Control. The NTO shall be responsible for providing notification of maintenance schedules to the ISO for NTO Transmission Facilities Requiring ISO Notification.   • Maintenance Manual No later than 60 (sixty) days prior to the Project Completion Date, the Contractor shall, in consultation with the Authority’s Engineer, evolve a maintenance manual (the “Maintenance Manual”) for the regular and preventive maintenance of the Project Highway in conformity with the Specifications and Standards, safety requirements and Good Industry Practice, and shall provide 5 (five) copies thereof to the Authority’s Engineer. The Authority’s Engineer shall review the Maintenance Manual within 15 (fifteen) days of its receipt and communicate its comments to the Contractor for necessary modifications, if any.

  • Maintenance of Facilities 5.1 The Network Customer shall maintain its facilities necessary to reliably receive capacity and energy from the Host Transmission Owner’s transmission system consistent with Good Utility Practice. The Transmission Provider or Host Transmission Owner, as appropriate, may curtail service under this Operating Agreement to limit or prevent damage to generating or transmission facilities caused by the Network Customer’s failure to maintain its facilities in accordance with Good Utility Practice, and the Transmission Provider or Host Transmission Owner may seek as a result any appropriate relief from the Commission.

  • Maintenance of Insurance The Company shall use commercially reasonable efforts to obtain and maintain in effect during the entire period for which the Company is obligated to indemnify the Indemnitee under this Agreement, one or more policies of insurance with reputable insurance companies to provide the officers/directors of the Company with coverage for losses from wrongful acts and omissions and to ensure the Company’s performance of its indemnification obligations under this Agreement. The Indemnitee shall be covered by such policy or policies in accordance with its or their terms to the maximum extent of the coverage available for any such director or officer under such policy or policies. In all such insurance policies, the Indemnitee shall be named as an insured in such a manner as to provide the Indemnitee with the same rights and benefits as are accorded to the most favorably insured of the Company’s directors and officers.
