Each of Seller and each Guarantor shall maintain, all licenses, permits or other approvals necessary for each of Seller and each Guarantor to conduct its business and to perform its obligations under the Program Documents, and each of Seller and each Guarantor shall conduct its business strictly in accordance with applicable law.
