Maintenance of Licenses and Permits. Each Borrower will, and will cause each of its Subsidiaries to, maintain all permits, licenses and consents as may be required for the conduct of its business by any state, federal or local government agency or instrumentality, except where failure to maintain the same would not reasonably be expected to have, either individually or in the aggregate, a Material Adverse Effect.

Maintenance of Licenses and Permits. Lessee shall obtain and maintain (and Lessee shall use reasonable efforts to cause each tenant, occupant and user to obtain and maintain) all permits, certificates, licenses and other consents and approvals required by any applicable Environmental Law from time to time with respect to Lessee, each and every part of the Leased Properties and/or the conduct of any business at a Facility or related thereto;
