Maintenance of Inventory. Borrowers shall produce, use, store and maintain all Inventory with all reasonable care and caution in accordance with applicable standards of any insurance and in conformity with Applicable Law (including the requirements of the FLSA) and will maintain current rent payments (within applicable grace periods provided for in leases) at all locations at which any Inventory is maintained or stored.
Maintenance of Inventory. The Grantor will do all things necessary to maintain, preserve, protect and keep the Inventory in saleable condition, except for damaged or defective goods arising in the ordinary course of the Grantor’s business.

ASI shall maintain its inventory of Products in a manner that meets all storage and other standards required by applicable governmental authorities and as reasonably required by OBI, including OBI’s requirement that Products be stored at less than 140 degrees Fahrenheit. During the duration of the project, the Division shall be responsible for the proper custody, maintenance and protection of all non-expendable equipment purchased with GEF funds. Within 2 months of the project completion date or upon termination of this Agreement, the Division shall submit a final inventory of non-expendable equipment to the Division of Environmental Policy Implementation with a proposal for the transfer of the said equipment. Financial Management The financial resources in the GEF-approved project budget shall be managed by the Division. All financial transactions relating to sub-allotments shall be processed by the Division. Cash advances Sub-allotments shall be provided by the Division of Environmental Policy Implementation to the Division Organization Unit as stated below. Initial sub-allotment: The Division of Environmental Policy Implementation shall provide a sub-allotment of the GEF-approved project budget on an annual basis to the Division upon signature of this Agreement by The Parties which shall cover expenditures expected to be incurred by the Division during the first year of project execution. Subsequent sub-allotments including the final sub-allotment shall be made upon receipt of the cash advance request using the formats appended as Annex 7. In order to ensure smooth implementation of activities, the Division of Environmental Policy Implementation shall provide a sub-allotment equivalent to 3 months of the annual budget. The balance of the sub-allotment for the remaining 9 months shall be provided within 10 working days on receipt of the annual project or sub-project revision, and subject to the presentation of: a satisfactory financial report showing cumulative expenditures to-date; explanatory notes on the expenditures reported on point a) above attached; and timely and satisfactory progress reports on project implementation.
