Maintenance of Intellectual Property. (a) mPower shall not have, nor shall any member of the RemainCo Group have, any obligation to maintain the pendency, subsistence, validity, enforceability or confidentiality of any Licensed mPower Intellectual Property. mPower may, and may permit an applicable member of the RemainCo Group to, discontinue maintenance, abandon or dedicate to the public any Licensed mPower Intellectual Property.
