Maintenance of Customer Equipment. If we use any of your facilities or customer equipment to provide the services to you, you are responsible for the maintenance of your facilities and customer equipment unless we otherwise agree in writing.
Maintenance of Customer Equipment. Except as specifically set forth in the Service Description, Qwest shall have no obligation with respect to the Customer Equipment and/or any Customer software, except that Qwest shall be obligated to maintain the Customer Equipment in a reasonably safe condition.
