In order to maintain credentials as a Certified Instructor, Instructor must (i) maintain a valid and up-to-date Food Handling Safety certificate, Food Allergy Course, and national Criminal/Sex Offender background check, (ii) (ii) timely pay all fees and charges, as more fully set forth in Section 4 hereof, and

As part of continual maintenance of the product certificate, ASC will conduct at least two evaluations per year; part of the evaluation process will include random sampling of product(s) covered by the product certificate, the sampled products will be sent to an accredited test laboratory identified by ASC for testing.

Maintenance of Certificate. The Company shall maintain the Certificate in its permanent records. The Company shall initially create the Certificate, and thereafter shall revise the Certificate from time to time, in each case upon instruction from, and in the manner requested by, any one or more of the Voting Trustees, as contemplated by the Voting Trust Agreement.
