Maintenance of Benefits. The Employer agrees to maintain the full cost of Health and Welfare premiums when an employee is absent on Weekly Indemnity or Workers' Compensation claims or on Sick Leave to a maximum of six (6) months. The employee shall reimburse the Employer for the employee portion of such payments upon his or her return to work, or if unable to return to work, within such reasonable time as agreed between the Employer and the employee.
