Common use of Maintenance of Accounts Clause in Contracts

Maintenance of Accounts. If an institution maintaining the Series 2020-1 Accounts ceases to be a Qualified Institution, the Servicer will, with the Indenture Trustee’s assistance as necessary, move the Series 2020-1 Accounts to a Qualified Institution within 30 days.
