Maintenance of Account Information. Clearing Agent may rely without inquiry on the validity of all customer information furnished to it by Introducing Firm. Possession of any such documents or information, however provided, concerning Introducing Firm’s customers does not create a duty on the part of Clearing Agent to review or understand the content of those documents. Agent and Lenders assume no responsibility to Borrowers for any lockbox arrangement or Dominion Account, including any claim of accord and satisfaction or release with respect to any Payment Items accepted by any bank.
